6 week introductory class with Ryan Murray

Tuesday 6p-9p (Optional supported open studio time Thursdays 6-9)
For individuals 18 and older interested in learning wheel throwing skills in a friendly supportive atmosphere. Welcoming people with no experience through those with experience who feel they want to review the basics. Learn the processes from forming to firing. This six-week course encompasses basic wheel skills, decorative techniques and glazing. Expand your concept of mugs, bowls, plates with weekly instruction and mentored practice time. You bring the enthusiasm, we will supply the materials, tools and equipment needed.
Tuition includes: 25lbs of clay. Use of studio equipment. Bisque and glaze firings. Access to studio glazes.
Please bring: Consider an apron or towel. Wear clothing/shoes that you don’t mind getting muddy.
Class Size: Limited to ensure personalized instruction. Registration Required.
